Our group had a strong presence at the 16th International ASME Energy Sustainability co-located with the ASME Summer Heat Transfer Conference. Bingjia, Bryan, Mike and Zijie all gave excellent oral presentations and it was also great fun to be back in an in-person conference since 2020. See the list of talks below:

Rachel Silcox was one of 40 selected graduate students and postdocs to attend an intense week-long summer workshop that explores advanced topics in electrochemistry, NGenE 2022 at the University of Illinois, Chicago. This year the workshop focused on opportunities and challenges for decarbonization.

Rachel Silcox has secured the highly prestigious NSF GRFP Fellowship. This fellowship recognizes and supports outstanding graduate students in NSF-supported STEM disciplines, and provides three years of financial support including an annual stipend of $34,000 and a cost of education allowance of $12,000 to the institution
